The Made to Order option is available for out-of-stock items or pieces from previous collections, produced specifically for you in your chosen size. If you dream of having a bespoke piece designed by Nicklas Skovgaard, crafted in our Copenhagen-based atelier, please use the contact form below to make your request.

Terms & Conditions for Made to Order Items

Delivery

  • Please allow 4–8 weeks for the production of made to order items.
  • This timeline refers to production only and does not include shipping time.
  • Once your order is complete, it will be dispatched within 3–4 business days.
  • Delivery time is approximately 2–4 working days, depending on your location.

Shipping Providers:

We use UPS or Bring, depending on your region.

Shipping Costs:

  • Within Denmark: €6 per order
  • Outside Denmark: €35 per order

Please note that customs duties and import taxes are not included in the listed prices. These charges may apply depending on your country's regulations and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

You will receive an email update whenever your order status changes, along with a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.

All payments are processed at the time of placing the order.

Cancellations

Please note that all Made to Order items are final. Once your order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, and no changes to size or color can be made. By placing your order, you confirm your acceptance of both the Made to Order Terms & Conditions and our general Terms, Conditions, and Shipping Policies.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

As all Made to Order pieces are custom-made specifically for you, they are non-returnable, non-refundable, and not eligible for exchange.
